Type the “NAME OF THE CLASS IN THE SUBJECT LINE”.
If registering more than on person, please type “MULTIPLE ATTENDEES” after the class name.
Be sure to include the email addresses of the additional attendees in the body of the letter.
Example:
To: WWET_DOT_ORG@YAHOO.COM
Subject: ACME Valve Class, Multiple Attendees
To WWET,
My name is Jack Jackson, I work for the Muddy Water District. My phone number 333-3333
Please sign myself and my crew up for ACME Class on March 18th. Here are their names.
Jim Smith: Jim.Smith@MWD.net
Joe Jones: Joe.Jones@MWD.net
Sam Iam: Sam.Iam@MWD.net
